What The Flow?!
What is flow and why is it something that every person needs to understand?
Flow is a state of high performance and equally a way of living life. People like the Navy Seals, high end corporations, major league athletes and even you and I go into a state of Flow either intentionally or even unintentionally.
So what is it?
Its a state of HIGH PERFORMANCE, CREATIVITY, CALMNESS, and over all WELLBEING.
People often say, "I want to live a life of Happiness."
That statement of "always being happy" Is delusional
The ultimate truth is Everyone has Pain, Sadness...etc... Its Life..
But you can choose to accept the bad and the ugly and let it go. Now I'm not saying that it doesn't hurt, it does but you can choose how you react to it.
There she was, under the water, 18 meters below what seemed to be an endless dance of blue waves above her almost appeared to be an infinite sky. The water played along the reef which brought the sea life alive. Marine life of all shapes, colors and sizes swam amongst themselves and the coral just swayed to the rhythm of the tides.
She Forgot who she was
and she and the Ocean were one.
That was the first time I experienced Flow that I remember.
As I am writing this its 1:24am and I am in a state of Flow right this minute. Time Stops, you lose your sense of self and you get into a state of high awareness. Your creativity peaks and focus is the name of the game.
So what does flow have to do with your business or even your personal life?
Well a great example of that is whilst coaching clients, I spent 7pm-2am coaching people not even realizing how much time had flown by. I didn't eat, I didn't even sit down! I was so focused on the outcome of those around me that I was 100% dedicated to them.
So imagine taking that higher level of beingness and putting that into important things in your life. How much could you do? What could you achieve?

This book is going to go in depth about what exactly flow is, from the neurological sense to the emotional sense but more importantly, how to get into a state of Flow.
I'll be giving you proven techniques to get your mind into being more aware of your thoughts and reframing your mind to move towards being in a state of Flow.
