“On a mission to understand, connect & live life fully”

Hey! My name is Shivanii Ray!

If there’s one thing about me you should know that I’ve never done things the normal way! My journey hasn’t been traditional, and I wouldn’t change a single part of it. From an early age, I was exposed to the unexpected, the unconventional, and the beautiful chaos of what it means to live fully.

At age 10, my family was forced to leave the U.S. due to immigration issues and instead of going back to the UK, we sold 95% of our belongings, packed 4 red duffel bags (from Costco-they were the best!), and embarked on what was supposed to be a 6-month journey. Instead, it became a 5-year global adventure that took us to places I couldn’t have imagined—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

During those years, I didn’t just see the world; I experienced it. My education didn’t come from a textbook but from life itself. I learned to communicate without words in foreign countries, understood the depth of human connection in diverse cultures, and became fascinated with how people relate to each other and themselves.

At the heart of it all? Relationships.

I realized early on that relationships are the foundation of everything. How we connect, how we express love, how we resolve conflict—these are the things that shape our world, from our closest personal bonds to the way we navigate professional spaces. As a teenager, I became obsessed with understanding the dynamics of human behaviour—why we communicate the way we do, why some relationships thrive while others struggle, and how emotional intelligence can transform the way we relate to each other.

I dove deep into studying NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and got certified as a practitioner at just 12 years old. I studied various different personality assessments, how to read people and body language. I’ve spoken in front of thousands across 4 continents, emceed my first event at 8 years old to over 2000 people, and even had the honour of performing in front of 5,000 people during a sacred gathering in India.

Throughout every career move I’ve made, one thing has remained constant—communication is at the core. Whether I was working in marketing, social media, content creation, video course design, or community management, everything always came down to understanding people and learning how to communicate effectively. Even when I was stepping onto stages around the world, it wasn’t just about speaking—it was about connecting.

What I’ve learned is this: whether we’re talking to ourselves, to our loved ones, or to a room full of strangers, how we communicate and UNDERSTAND each other defines the quality of our relationships, and ultimately, the quality of our lives. Now I’m on a mission to help people connect deeper with themselves & the people around them.
